If that happens only in some cases it may be due your hosting provider limited resources. If happens all the time it may be an bug but it is not related to template it's joomla core. Most likely your provider has overloaded machines, or it has memory limitation for user process.

I FIXED THE PROBLEM THANKS... i just Re-install the template and it works.
