How can i delete "Register and Login"

i already install the spanish package, however the content still in english, look:

the register screen still in english, i dont know ow can i change that, help please

If you want to translate content you must write it language you want. If you need multilingual site you need some component like joom!fish to enable you write multiple versions of articles and other content in different languages. What you did translated site labels.
