Install the demo without losing the contents

Hello
I already have a website and want to change it using this template. I installed using the hot start but I lost my content. Using the basic setup I can not leave the site like the demo. How should I do to install the template?

Then use regular template installation , put your top menu in user3 position, and give it Menu Tag ID = flashes , for else nothing is so specific you need to put modules in available positions of flashes template, probably also to remove front page articles from front page.
