where can i edit flashes.menu???

Hi there,

I am using firebug to check where to find things to edit....

I would like to edit some things but firebug does not let me see which file to open in the css file to edit. I have checked all .css files but i am not able to see where the flashes.menu is to edit it!

Please have a look at my attachment to see what i am trying to edit, and let me know where is the file to edit this.

check template_css.php there is almost all css for it.
