Did you deleted this part:

h2:first-letter {
font-size:60px;
font-family:'Dancing Script', cursive;
}

yes i deleted this part but without any efect :-(

is it necassary to trigger any reload or something else after i have changed the file?

Full refresh , hit ctrl + F5 several times, or delete browser cache
