Offste value for the interior menu images

Hello, I need an urgent support.

This page is ok, with correct picture size.
Now, if you click on a menu to open an interior page, the upper images used for the menu are at the correct height (in this case 250px setted in template manager), but I would like to set an offset value for them because are cutted on the top of their side. (in my case I would like to see the faces of the tennis players).
Is it possible to do it?

The problem is the cut position for the interior menu.

In template parameters you have option to set height for menu in the interior pages. Please change the value there.
