Small problem with the menu

when i click on this site lin below, all the top menu entries could not be shown...

how can I fix this problem?

There are present but hidden (up) you need to make menu more in height, so they could fit.

ist it not possible to order the menus from down to top?

Not without add additional java script , but also 4 items in TEAM sub-menu are cut off. Maybe just making number of sub-items in TEAM sub-menu 4 will solve your problem.
