Missing first letter in H2 headers

In some browser versions the first letter of some of my pages are missing the first letter of the H2 headers. I've had numerous emails from viewers saying the same thing. The website is total360.ca

Yes, it's true, because some older browsers does not recognize the "first-letter" flag. Instead, they show the first letter in normal style.

They are missing the first letter completely and are not even showing up in the normal style. My headings for Real Estate Photography for example show up as "eal Estate Photography". What should I do about this? Thanks.

I'm having issues with Safari 5.1.4. I've had emails from several people that say they're having issues with IE, Firefox, and Chrome but I do not know which versions they are.
