Problem installing Jooomla 2.5 hotstart

Hi As per the Pdf I went through hotstart install process and when I point to the folder I installed the hotstart in my browser I get these error messages.

It looks your files don't have read permissions. CHMOD all joomla files and folders to 755

That's correct the problem is solved.
