flashes menu cropping on internal pages

Is it possible to control the cropping that happens in the internal pages of the menu pics?
for instance, instead of showing the bottom of the pics show the top or the middle?

Is it possible to have different photos to the flashes menu in the internal pages. Is not very nice the way it works.

You can use module then set multiple instances of it all with different image folders

How can i do that? I depeat, i want different photos in internal pages than home page.

So you use module, module has property to define folder from which to get images. So you set multiple instances of flashes menu module with different images folder , and control using menu assignment on which page which one of them will appear.
