flashes menu cropping on internal pages

Perhaps i haven't understand something. The module i use is a simple joomla menu. There is not option to chose folder with photos. Can you give me more details?

Flashes menu module is module like core joomla's mod_menu, when you are adding menu to joomla you create both menu and module to display it. So flashes menu you use for other step.
