Do you want to open or save the..... IE9

Hello,
I get a popup message asking: "Do you want to open or save the..." when i open my page in Internet Explorer 9.
It works fine in Firefox and Chrome. I run my own webservers(IIS 7.5, PHP 5.47), i have several other PHP-pages that work without problems on the same server.
Installed add-ons: Phoca download, scheduler, aicontactsafe, xmap and jce editor. Joomla 2.58.

Open css/template_css.php if on beggining you have line starting with header('... remove it. If not then some other component adds false header that makes behave like that

yes, that file is ok, problem is with some other component.

Thank you for your reply. I made a completely new installation, new database, installed with hotstart, both Joomla 2.5 and 3.0. Same problem. No plugins, mods or components are installed. The page cannot still be opened in Internet Explore, only in Firefox or Chrome.

Put your link into validator validator.w3.org and all is there. It seams mime types are not configured right on your server
