How do I delete this?!

Have been working on the website for a few days.. Everything went well until I changed something and I don't know what..

On the main page the option for adding an article wont dissapear (see attachment!)

You can add articles using backed, and about problem you have now not to be able to do it for front-end while logged in is maybe due bad access rights settings.
