"Hi Scott,
On first look I found Javascript errors on console that shows me that your template is loading its own jquery version instead of using Joomla 3 jquery. This causing all scripts loaded before as invalid. I suggest you to contact the template developer about this issue. "
What do you think? Is this true and/or necessary to load your jquery before joomla 3 jquery? I can give you backend access upon request.

Since template gives jQuery it's practical to disable it in component since component may not show on some page so that would create problem also.
Usually components have option to disable jquery and in rare cases not when you can just empty their jquery file (make it empty file) and save.
