Error in upload was created by Houssam

Dear friends

when my designer try to uploaded the website it showed error while importing database. Screenshot of error is attached with the email.

please tel me what the problem to inform him ASAP

In phpMyAdmin in export page he can try to check:
-Add DROP TABLE / VIEW / PROCEDURE / FUNCTION / EVENT statement
-INSERT IGNORE statements
and to select:
-include column names in every INSERT statement

Maybe that will help.
