is it to be adapted possibly the Template 'Flashes'' anyhow also for Smartphone and Tablet?

That template is not responsive, you can apply

<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1, maximum-scale=1">

to scale it to fit smathphone windows
