How do I remove the top logo?

Hi,

In the top of the template ( demo.hotjoomlatemplates.com/flashes/ ) there is a "Hot Flashes" logo.
How do I remove it and make the entire site show hire on the screen? (It's a Jommla! 2.5)

Is the Joomla 3 hot start working correctly? for some reason I can install the Joomla from hot start, see the template within the admin control panel, but choosing it will not show the site with the template only with the Joomla regular template.

That is module in copyright module position, just edit it
