but how i can update to Joomla 3.1
also i can't see the option to install arabic language to my joomla, how i can add it, because the bottom not there
also i need to change the navigation menu to mach the menus on top for each menu but i don't know how?

1.In admin menu go to Components -> Joomla! Update
2. Click on options icon
3. Change "Update server" to "Short Term Support"
4. Save
5. Re-enter Components -> Joomla! Update
6. In bottom you will see link to click to start update

there is no (Joomla! Update) under Components !!!!
also i hv this message when i try to make some changes, how i can remove it?
The PHP allow_url_fopen setting is disabled. This setting must be enabled for the updater to work.

also what about the bottom of add another language, how i add arabic language if there is no bottom for update?

i don't know where is this file and how to change it
there is full TXT file to replace it in my C panel?

also there is a photo gallery in my template but i cant find it in the instruction of template and i look everywhere but there is nothing!!

So you enter phpMyAdmin form cpanel, select your database, click on "SQL" icon in tom options.

And put SQL scripts form joomla docs page replacing #_menu with real table name
