unable to download templates purchased

I am unable to download the flash template and the following message is displayed:Access Denied - You must purchase the associated product before you can download this

I do not understand about the associated product.

Also I would like to inform that I did not use all the templates I purchased last time and I get the message in client area that i can download more templates even if I have not renewed. The flash template is found under my available downloads.

Hello Indira,

If your membership period has expired, you can't download products until you renew your membership. You can only continue to use what you have downloaded so far.

Even if you missed to download some templates, you still need to renew your membership.
