changing images in hot_flash

When I opened the folder hot_flash from my desktop, I found that the images are located in the following path: hot_flashes\images\menu\
When I login to Joomal admin to access the template,through from media manager, I cannot find the folder images/menu.
Kindly advise how to access the file as I am unable to view any flash images.

joomla gives you access to /media folder you need to use FTP ot install xEtplorer if you need to change them from admin backend
