How can I change the background color in top Menu

Hello,

I install the Model Agency template and try to change the Menu bg color but when I try to see the CSS by means the Google tools, I get this:

#topmenu {
background: #61142F url(/reclutamiento/templates/hot_model_agency/images/topmenu_bar_bg.png) repeat-x;
} (Where topmenu_bar_bg.png is transparent image, so this is not impacting the bg color)

But I get this too:
/reclutamiento/:125
I understand "/reclutamiento/" is some kind of document or path but I can't find it.

Could you help me to understand where that document is?
