How do I remove the copyright credit on the bottom was created by phil2564

I purchased a copyright removal voucher for this template can someone tell me where the info on the bottom is located so I may remove it.

Go to module manager, find copyright module and delete it

How do I remove the copyright statement and this link " Joomla Templates by HotThemes." There is no module and no menu link to this.
