Alignment of Items picture published through blog

Hi,
please can you give me some guides how to make items published through blog aligned.
When i have title which takes two rows, and other two items have one row long title, my items picture are not aligned. Pictures in items are same size.

Is there a way to level the image by the bottom side, regardless of the length of the title.(something like this)

- You can select blog layout in menu item settings.
- From my experience, that can be done only by fixing some height, margins but again that produces problematic parts that can break on little standard content differences
