Ok you are using j1.5 . First check if this foolder exists:

\components\com_k2\templates\hot_model_agency\

it should contain 10 php files.

If that is Ok, , create \com_k2 folder in joomla root directory. Then copy

\components\com_k2\templates

to

\com_k2\templates

Check then if template appears in k2 category options , template selector drop-down
