How Model Can Get Register On Website?

I need that model can get register at website As Male / Female / Children Category.
Latest register model's profile can appear at website at front section.

Website must has three separate page for Male / Female / Children Model
Where visitors can navigate register model's profile and can check full profile detail of registered member.

We do joomla in general and that would be specific component for narrow circle of users we are not familiar with exact component that would do the job for you. If you can not find exact thing you could maybe serch for some social networking extensions that can be put in your use.
