You cannot access the private section of this site

I am using Joomla 3.0 and installed your theme by HotStart method.

Now two problem i am facing.

1. When users are trying to get Register, they are getting error
"Couldn't initiate Mail Function"
But users being register in database with disable mode. But they are not getting any messages from sysytem.

2. If i am making them enable from backend, But still they are not being able to login.
Now error is "You cannot access the private section of this site."

You need to make sendMail work. Consult server administrator to check if PHP send Mail is installed on your server. If you don't use php send mail then you can check your SMTP settings in outlook if they work for outlook they will work for joomla also
