How do I connect from User1 to Contact form?

How do I connect from User1 to Contact form, I have installed Joomlaxtc' Contact Wall into user 1 and every time I clicked on a contact instead of showing the form, it returns to top of the page. Of course I asked on Joomlaxtc forum and got a rather unhelpful answer from their tech support, saying ask at this my template forum.

After paying for their extension which is at best hit and miss to set up, it seems unsupported, I will not be rushing back to them for other stuff.

Do you have any ideas how I might solve this what I think is a possibly minor problem, I've tried putting link into the menu item.
Then adding to their modules code:

I would need to look at page when module in user1 position. Can you somehow organize that. If your site if currently in use and you don't want to have downtime for contact form, you can create one more contact menu item and one more module instance so you could have page for inspection.

As I see component works ok. When I click some picture contact form for corresponding person is loaded?

Yes it loads the person, but it loads the top of the page and you have to scroll down to find the contact form.
I think maybe I need to know the templates "module class suffix"? or something? to get the link to anchor to the contact form, then I can scroll up to find the rest of the contacts.

Then all I need is to find where to place it in the code.
