No i want that the topic opens (when I click on it) in the top of the page en not tht I first have to scroll down to find the full article

You have modules in inset position that is above content, transfer them to user5 or some position under content.

I'm sorry, but this does not bring me futher. I understand that I have to change the (module)position. And that the full content has to show in position Advert 1-5. But I cant find the module and where I has t configure this.

you can find modules in module manager (joomla admin menu-> Extensions-> Module Manager), when you open module settings in first screen you till see parameter to chose module position.

I know were I can find the module manager but can you also explain wich mudele (of more than 30) i have to configure to get the right result. The same result like in the original template.

Module manager provides you option to filter modules by module position. So yous filter out module list by "inset" position and you will get an list of modules whose position you need to change.
