create new pages

So I created a new page of: become-a-model under Category *Category Modeling jobs,

so, where is it?

You mean article, you need create menu item to point to it if you want it accessible form menu or you can create menu item for category than you will have it listed

But, it would just have an url correct?

yes but there is no permalink concept like in WP you can ,you have to link menu item to it or indirectly via category to get direct URL you can use for plain link
