Text "Hot Model Agency" was created by HGDesign

Hi everybody,
I am working on the template, but the text "Hot Model Agency" keeps on the FrontPage. Just above my welcome text.

How can I delete that part of "Hot Model Agency"?

In home page menu item settings, find "Page Display Options" section and there you will see parameter to change
