How do I enable the mobile version of the template (jooma 2.5.22)

Go to Extensions > Template Manager > hot_model_agency -Default

and check for Responssivess.

I checked and I do not have "Responsiveness"

Sorry, but we don't have responsive theme for that version of Joomla. If you want responsive, update to Joomla 3.
