model agency : 3settings

Hi Milos,
I do a website (parexemple.xyz) based on Model Agency template. I changed a little bit the layout and need your help for a few things.
1) I would like to have the two first rows (top1 and user3) sticky and I used the option "floating" for each row but without result...
2) I used the hot flash menu (user4) on the home page and it is not responsive I already read the topics and the size of the menu and pictures are the same than the template.
3) Finally, I also use the joomla carousel (user6)  for 3 pictures on the home page but it seems to have a 4th picture (blank), is it normal or no?. I have only 3 pictures in the folder...

Hello,

1. Only one row can be set as "floating". Currently, you have 2 rows set.

2. Hot Flashes Menu is an old module developed before smartphones existed. It can't be responsive and should not be used for responsive websites.

3. Please re-download and re-install this module from our website: www.hotjoomlatemplates.com/free-joomla-e...l-ajax-image-rotator Maybe you have an old version. Also, check if there are no other files in the folder with images. Also, if you set to have 3 images on the carousel, there should be at least 4-5 photos available in the folder so it can rotate.

ok for the hot flashes menu... but for the rest I have the same problems.
I use in floating only one row now (menu in user 3) and nothing change.
I also put 5 pictures in the carousel and unfortunatly it's the same...

I realize when I re-install the module that it's the carousel pro...
I reinstall also and I have the same problem. With the free carousel, no problem, but I need the pro version for more options...

Also, regarding the Hot Joomla Carousel PRO issue, we have tested this and couldn't reproduce this issue on our server. Please check the folder with images if there are some other files existing. Check for hidden files as well. You can use the FTP client for this but make sure the display of hidden files is enabled.
