Upgrading to 2.5 and template on another url was created by RuneMykle
Hi again
I'm currently upgrading a joomla project from 1.7 to 2.5. I've downloaded the new 2.5 template and all is fine in those regards.
But I'm predesigning this new site on another (my own) domain before I upload it to my customers site. As these are two different urls and I only bought your template for one domain (I think, can't remember! ^^), does this mean that I wont be able to preview the template on my own domain before putting?
I've installed it on this other domain, but I can't find the hotel template in my template admin on the backend. Is this how it's supposed to work?
Well, I've never been an Einstein to explain my problem, but hopefuly you'll get the drift

Actually I purchased the developer addon as well, so it shouldn't be any issues installing this one on two separate sites.
But after uploading the contents of hotstart to my root and having done the install, I still can't see hot hotel as a option in my template admin.
Any hints or tips?
Further more I also get these error messages when trying to upgrade to 2-5-2
Unable to read archive (zip)
Update path does not exist
JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find XML setup file
Unable to detect manifest file
Updating COM_INSTALLER_TYPE_TYPE_ was successful.

Yes, this is my second install of the hot hotel template, so I should be covered in that department.
It's an easy install, but for some reason it wont show.
Folder of this joomla site has 755 permissions.
Contents of the hotstart folder has been uploaded and the installation done with a success message. Still I can't see hot hotel as an option in my template manager.

I see no other choice than to try and redo my installation.
While the template folder on my ftp includes the hot_hotel directory, it's not showing in my templates in phpmyadmin.
Hopefully it'll work out better the second time around.

Installation re-done and the only sollution I found was that I might have forgotten to install the example data on my first installation here. Anyhows, now it's working as intended and the topic can be changed to solved or deleted.
