HOTel, get a blank page every time I reload a page

I don't know what it is, but is not normal. When I change or reload a page, normally the background must be fix. I my case I get for one second a blank page. Can someone help me pleae? Is not beautiful to see. Some one tell me about "domready", but I don't know what it is.

With Firebug i get this message:
"NetworkError: 404 Not Found - www.hotelmorcote.com/it/templates/hot_hotel/css/scrollTo.css "

First of all, your site loads jQuery twice. It's probably comes from a 3rd party extension. You must disable it there. You must get rid of this line from your source code:

Actually, 3 times. One of them is from Hot Effects Rotator, so disable it there as well.
