Doesn't work on IE ++

Hi to all

I have finished with my website but i have noticed some serious errors. I use the Hot Hotel template with latest update from Joomla.
Something seems wrong and i don't know what it is.
This is the site:

I have used the native SEO settings (the first 3 and .htaccess)

The site works in safari, Firefox, chrome but no IE. When i load it on IE it pops an error kind of window displaying all the page source code. and the site never opens. It's the first time i see something like that happen.

Also on Firefox when i right click and selecting "view page source code" the code appears but it looks like if it's in notepad. There is no colored text with blue, red, purple..etc and active links like on a normal page source code(for example like it appears on dreamweaver). Have a look and see what i mean.

There is definitely something wrong with it.
Can you please help?

open template_css.php , on start you will see line starting like this:

header(...

delete that line.
