Changing title of the site

Hello, Can you tell me how to change the title of my site. I need to edit it and can't find where I originally typed in the name - its the main name at top of the template that used to say Hot Hotel. I've already changed it in the Global Configuration panel and on the Home page under Page Options. There must be something else though as it hasn't changed. Its the title which acts as the link back to the home page. I've emptied the cache.

Go to home page(default) menu item setting in right panel settings you will find field with current title value you need to delete.

Thanks for your reply. I've done that with no change. Here's a screen shot of the title I want to change. It currently reads "Love Actually Celebrancy" and needs to read "Love Actually...Celebrancy Services" Please advise.

Well, I have changed it in two places so far - in Global configuration, the default home page as you described above. See screen shots.
