Modules

Hello,
I just want to know how I can change the content of the hotel template. I think I have to do that through modules but where can I find them? I took a look in the modules folder but I can't find modules like logo, user, left, right and so on.

In module manager, you get list of all modules and you click on then to enter it's settings
