logo alignment

i having this issue on logo alignment.when i changed the logo.it appears the logo size cant fit.only half the logo appears,the rest of the parts is hidden under the rotator.and i resize the logo.but now it appears not in the centre.can some one help on align logo to center?or how to make my original logo fits onto the logo area.i have a picture uploaded showing the alignment
