Wasted space in Hot Effects Rotator

I have a site built with the Hotel template. I love it, except for the Hot Effects Rotator. It seems there is just so much wasted space below the image rotator. If I turn it off, the space is gone, so it is not a separate position taking up space. I thought so initially, so I have deleted all of the position 1-5 spaces.

Some of the space is actually still there when I turn the rotator off. I have highlighted it in blue and attached it to the 2nd image. Can anyone tell me where I go to delete this field?

Please let me know if I need to just get another image rotator module, or if there is a fix.

In chrome i see totally different problems and your site looks like total mess. Firs in template_css.css and layout.css everywhere you see line-height: 1px; change it to line-height: 100%;

I had messed up the site. Please try again. I have restored the site to before I went into the files and messed around.

For gap you want to remove use this css, add it to bottom of template_css.css:

}
