So you go to extension manager, chose zip archive you got from us and click button to install it. Then go to Plugin Manager find it and enable it. Then you can start to use it putting macro calls as described on demo page in articles content

Go to article editing, swap to HTML view and put:

where you want it to appear.

Then create folder:

<site root>/images/stories/sample/gallery1/

and put your images there.
