logo is over the spacer line...how can I move it upper?

It's not online yet but you can add to hosts file the following lines to take a look at it:

81.31.155.70 www.miramontichiesa.com
81.31.155.70 miramontichiesa.com

I've just tried to add those lines to my hosts file and it seems always work fine.
If you still can't access the site let me know what you need to find the error

add this to template_css.css at bottom:

padding:0;
}
