Problem with photo galery in hot Hotel template

I bougt HotHotel template
I have suppressed the demo images to upload mine and now I have no more images in my articles
Can you tell me the good way to use this plugin and make other photo galeries

In the media manager there is no folder images/stories/sample . the name of the folder is /images/stories/demo/gallery.
The sample images data were in it.
So I tried with this root replacing my own images but it's not OK. Perhaps it's because I only upload the images 600/400 and I haven't uploaded Thumbs 173/115 because I thought they will be regenarted by the photoGallery plugin : Is that right ?
Moreover I must create my articles in English and in French, so I must create new galleries.
Is the following process ok ?
- create new folder name "English" with sub folder "Thumb"
- upload in folder "English" images 600/400 and in sub folder "Thumb" images 173/115 ????
The link to paste in my article would be in this case :
{photogallery}images/stories/demo/gallery/English{/photogallery}

No you can create any folder anyware , /images/stories/sample is just example
