Upon checking it again it now appears that it works in 'all browser's but ONLY on the 'Products' page....

it may be that you have some other jquery component on other pages that is creating double jquery reference.

thanks ivan, ihave a worse problem now, i have tried {foolishly} to instakk the scroller on the real site and for some reasonz, when i click to goto detail/fly pages on a products it now only shows the categories page ? any dieas what i might have broken ?>

That looks like you changed default menu item (one with star when you open menu). I dough stroller could cause that, send link or something.

phew, fixed the massive problem, Id turned off SEO in either joomla or virtuemart and it broke the site....
