Thumbs Image Border

Set Image Border to 0 and color to white but the Images still have a black hairline border on most module Positions. Funny enough when I change the Module Position to TOP (but does not look good) the Thumbs do NOT have border. When I change the module position back to the bottom where I want the Scroller the Images have borders again.

Is that a Module Position Issue or Scroller Css Issue?
