Hot VM Scroller works fine after upgrade to the latest VirtueMart 2.6. Our demo site is based on the latest version of Joomla and VirtueMart, and, as you can see, this module works properly:

did you try to upload a new product AFTER THE UPGRADE and see the thumbnail in the scroller ?
For existing products the thumb is visible because the table is filled but after upgrade and creating a new product the table for the image thumb url isn`t filled anymore - so the scroller will not find the image path for products created AFTER the upgrade from 2.02x...to 2.6

When you did upload did you chose "Replace thumb". If you look on vm forum you will see they say that that field is not set automatically when you upload image is is set when you explicitly upload thumb.

I crete a new product => choose image upload and now all images are creted (like ever before).
The new thing is:
Table "file_url_thumb" is not filled with this standard workaround.

I can not believe that VM awaits, that Admins create a product and than again uload the same image again to fill the SQL-Structure - thats complete nonsense....

What is your opinion ?

If you can not update the Scroller I have to look for another solution....unfortunately.

The Solution from VM to upload a Thumb in a 2nd upload is not acceptable...I´ll tell that there in forum, too...

You can just replace ->file_url_thumb with ->file_url

Not a good idea.

Loading time is too much for the downscaled (not resized) images....

Installed antorher free Scroller.....until there will be a solution from you or VM will go back to fill in the file_url_thumb table....
