jQuery - where is it ?

in your tutorials you say about the top menu:
"Our templates have the fast-loading, jQuery based top menu with nested sublevel items"

If I understant correctly I need to have this module to have a top horizontal drop down menu ?
if yes where can I get it ?

Currently, menu components except Flashes Menu module which will be published this days are embedded in templates and there are no stand-alone modules.

But the drop down menu is highly required for the users in order to minimize the navigation process. I have found one of the jQuery drop down menu script that works better and have even added in one of my site.
I feel the following drop down menu script works better:

If anyone have any different suggestions can also let it know, so that it can be more effective.
