Demo installation Step 1 Language NEXT not working

I am trying to install the demo site hot_business template i purchased. the files are extracted on the server, the problem after I select language during installation the "next" button is not working (nothing happens). can someone please advice, could this be permission issue? i have googled this and was not able to find any solution.

If it does not freezes and it look like something is proccessing in background that can be due permissiom issues or missing files. Most times that is solver by repeating copying of hot_start files.
Also put all permissions to 755.

OK, the problem was resolved by using another FTP client to upload the files to the sever. also make sure you extract the files first and then upload it. for some reason using CPanel file manager was changing the permission of all the joomla and installation directory
