Yes I change in this place but on the front page continue show the template name

could you indicate were is two place on joomla 2.5, i think is global configuration is a global setting add picture about this another site home page

Go to menu manager, enter Top Menu, enter default menu item - one with star , in expand panes in right panel and you will find filed containing that text.
