Top Menu width

Hi!

How can I change the top menu width? I want the first level lesser than the second level. I want to change these width with my convenience. I am talking about the menu that shows when mouse over on the position user3.

Menu it self does not have limit in width but it's container does:

layout.css:

#topmenu {
height: 70px;
float: left;
width: 80%;
}

you can adjust with parameter here
