You used WYSIWYG editor to set font on elements like:
<span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;...
<span style="font-family: impact,chicago; font-size: 18pt;">Learn to package....
Probably some fonts you used are not supported by IOS by default. Remove fonts styling on content from editor so content could use ones defined in template css. You can change templates fonts if you don't like them in template css files.
Also you can use google fonts if you prefer because ios supports them.
Video does not work because flash is banned on ios because of some legal agreements between Apple and Adobe. You need to use some other plugin and format to display video
